Dreamfarm: Where ideas grow. Once upon a time in a land down under, a 22-year-old Lego-loving-MacGyver-wannabe named Alex took his first backyard-invention, the Grindenstein, down to the local markets to seek his fortune. As luck would have it, on that day, the owner of a nearby kitchenware store happened upon Alex and his creation, and that's how 'Dreamfarm' was born in 2003.

The unique safety cover has a built-in ceramic ball sharpener that automatically sharpens and hones the blade every time the protective case is opened or closed. This razor-sharp blade is designed to last a lifetime, swivels to minimize waste, and will never rust in the dishwasher.

The clever handle profile provides maximum control for both left and right-handed users and features generous drainage channels to ensure ease of cleaning and drying. The handle tip also includes a convenient and highly effective potato eye and blemish remover.
